Disclaimer

TNTW was developed along two main streets, Lee Trevino Drive and North Arnold Palmer Drive, beginning in 1975. TNTW consists of 73 residential townhomes with a zero-lot-line architectural design and a combination of single and two story townhouses. A majority of the residential backyards face Tucson National’s Sonoran golf course fairways. TNTW maintains a community pool for residents. Over half of homeowners are considered seasonal (residing in Tucson from October through April), and then spend their summer season in the Northern states and Canada.

TNTW is managed by a Program of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (see CC&R’s under the Community Information section), with an elected and term limit 5-member Board of Directors. Residential Homeowner Association fees are billed on a quarterly basis and administered by a property management company. The TNTW community has several social events (e. g., Welcome Back Party), and holds an annual meeting for all Association residents in mid-February of the new year. The Board of Directors holds monthly meetings, residents are invited to attend, to address current activities and development of new business proposals. The TNTW Association monthly fees provide a number of basic services for residents, which are outlined in detail under the Community Information section.
